(thanks to all who shared their beautiful practices with me - michelle, katie, andrea, preeti, and maria!) I'll be hosting another next Sunday at noon on Water Street. If you can't make that, come to Club H in downtown JC at 5PM. Or if you cannot make that and still want to practice on Sunday with me, I am leading a Rooftop Yoga session at 7PM in downtown JC (next to Marco and Pepes) followed by Sunset Meditation, which will be led by Jorge Martinez.
