Hi Yogis, non-yogis, and neighbors. I is finally summer (in fact, this Memorial Day weekend launches the un-official start of summer) I am so pleased to share with you all a yoga benefit on June 12 in Hoboken's Pier A. It is the Yoga-thon to benefit kids & teens with cancer. I will be guest teaching there either at 10:30 or 9:30am and would love your support. I also teach a regular Yoga on the Pier community class most Saturday mornings (and soon perhaps Sunday mornings) on the Exchange Place Pier. Please visit the site to check for class times.
