its a sad sad day today in the world. i'm dedicating my site to mj. also, i'll be dedicating my next few playlists to the king of pop.
i'll never forget how he affected my life. and i'm sure all your lives somehow. 
this is such a reminder that life can be fleeting - live every day to the fullest.

This upcoming Sunday, June 14 - you have options to take a class with me. We had an amazing YitP yesterday afternoon. (thanks to all who shared their beautiful practices with me - michelle, katie, andrea, preeti, and maria!) I'll be hosting another next Sunday at noon on Water Street. If you can't make that, come to Club H in downtown JC at 5PM. Or if you cannot make that and still want to practice on Sunday with me, I am leading a Rooftop Yoga session at 7PM in downtown JC (next to Marco and Pepes) followed by Sunset Meditation, which will be led by Jorge Martinez.
