jc teacher's practice
The JC Teacher's Practice is designed for teachers of all backgrounds and experience to explore and deepen their studentship. This practice is meant to be a collaborative and collective space to foster the local yoga teaching community. Daba will generally lead asana practice and other focuses will be introduced by collective discussion. Study topics include asana, yogic texts, chanting, anatomy and structure, meditation to more.
This practice is open to all yoga teachers (in every background and school) and recent yoga TT graduates and teachers in training who want to cultivate their yoga studies and practice with their peers. Hoboken teachers and other local yogis are welcome too! Serious yoga students may be considered.
