Daba teaches Vinyasa yoga with strong emphasis on alignment. Using breath-synchronized movements designed to strengthen ones awareness as they flow from one posture to the next. This type of yoga is beneficial to people of all ages and encourages the development of a strong and balanced body.
Daba studies Iyengar and structural yoga and incorporates the alignment cues in a flow practice. Daba is available for 30-90 minute private sessions, corporate yoga and small group lessons (which may include special events and charity events, bridal parties, couple sessions, workshops, training groups, etc.).
