and i hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season :D Hi Dixon Mills residents (and anyone else reading this post). I just have to say, WOW. You yogis (experienced and novice) are AH.MA.ZING! The yoga program is brand new here and I love that everyone is so receptive with their practices. Even practicing in a crowded area with no mats! Its all about the feeling you experience during and after the practice. And even once you step off the mat, let the yoga stay with you. Stay focused, keep your breath (prana) steady and smooth, ensure your spine is long... and these are just the physical (asana) aspects of yoga. Perhaps deepen your awareness and educate yourself on yoga.
