Jersey yogis - Starting in June please be advised of the following schedule changes:
Saturday morning classes will begin at 9am at Hamilton Health and Fitness (from 8am) and 10:30am at SunMoon Yoga studio (from 10am)
On Thursday evenings, class begins at 6 at Hamilton Health and Fitness (from 5pm). See you in class
Please visit the home page or schedule page for updates on my class schedule For May, Monday evenings now at 7pm at Sun Moon. Just 1 class in the evening. Tuesdays, starting May 17th, at 6:30 I will begin teaching 'To The Core' at Mimi Yoga on 10th and Bloomfield. Wednesdays, most of the month, subbing at 77 Hudson. Saturdays - Noon at Sun Moon, Level 2/3. 2-hour master class will be May 7th at noon. (instead of Level 2/3)
Maybe lunch Power Hour Mondays at Brikhause.. dunno yet.
Thanks to all the ladies who attended the first yoga class at D&B last night! And thank yourselves for doing something positive for yourselves; connecting with your breath, finding that body awareness, finding some balance, and building a stronger sangha (community). Next week - same time, same place... MEN are welcome to come and if you work at D&B SH and want to practice, come!! Don't worry, I'll make room for you! :)
